The cost of a cleaning service for a business depends on a few different factors such as the size of your office, the number of rooms, and the current condition they are in, play a huge part in determining the price. Our cleaning services start at $125 per cleaning depending on cleanable include the following services:
Entry/Lobby/Offices/Conference Rooms
Clean both side of glass of entry way, dust all furniture, horizontal surfaces within normal reach, tops of floor-based heaters, filing cabinets, printers, fax machines, baseboards, and thermostats, and paying close attention to spiderwebs. We'll also sweep/mop hard surface floors in entryway, dust windowsills, mailboxes, empty and remove trash, vacuum all carpets and walk off mats

Bathrooms
Clean and disinfect restroom fixtures such as toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, counters, and cabinets. Paying close attention to toilets, urinals, and the walls around them. Wipe clean and refill soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels. Dust any bathroom shelving or cabinet decor. Disinfect door handles, light switches, and spot washing the walls around the sinks and garbage cans. Remove trash and wipe down outsides of garbage cans. Also sweep/mop hard surface floors.
Breakroom
Spot wash walls, doors, and light switches. Paying close attention to the walls around the sink and garbage cans. Sweep/mop hard surface floors. Disinfect sink, countertops, exterior of appliances, fronts of cabinets, tables, and water fountains. Wipe, clean, and refill soap dispensers and paper towels. If there is a coffee station we will refill the sugar, coffee, cups and creamer. Clean exterior, interior, and underneath microwave. And empty/remove trash and wipe outside of garbage cans.
Other requirements
Onsite supervision
Clean and arrange janitor closet
Check inventory and inform if more needs to be ordered
Prepare for the next day
Turn off lights, set alarm, and lock doors-PER INSTRUCTIONS
